Jamie Shaw is the Non Exec Director of Shawton Engineering and has been with the company since 2006. Jamie has been instrumental overseeing Shawton Engineering growth, particularly over the last 10years. Jamie leads from the front with a practical problem solving approach, instils a positive work place culture and innovative vision in design. With a client focused mindset, Jamie supports strategic planning and client relationships across all sectors.

Geoff has been a valued part of the Shawton team for over 12 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his role as Pre-Construction Director. With professional recognition from the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Geoff is dedicated to making sure every project starts with careful planning and a clear strategy. His experience and attention to detail help lay the groundwork for successful project delivery.

Lee has been with Shawton for 18 years, and his role as Construction Director is central to the team. A Chartered Institute of Building member with an Honours degree in Engineering, Lee combines his technical expertise with a practical approach. He oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the high standards Shawton is known for.

For the past eight years, Jeremiah has served as Contracts Manager, contributing his engineering knowledge and practical problem-solving skills. Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering and membership with the Chartered Institute of Building, Jeremiah plays an essential role in making sure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Paul’s journey with Shawton spans an impressive 36 years, making him one of the company’s longest-serving team members. With his extensive experience as a Contracts Manager, Paul brings a steady hand and deep knowledge to every project he oversees, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish.

Darren has been with Shawton for three years and has quickly become a trusted Contracts Manager. Known for his thorough approach and commitment to quality, Darren supports each project with dedication and a keen eye for detail.

Peter has dedicated 28 years to Shawton, bringing a wealth of experience to his role as Production Manager. His focus on efficiency and quality in production has played a key role in helping Shawton maintain its high standards over the years.

Adam has spent the past decade specialising in international and European welding standards at Shawton. With a strong technical background and industry-recognised qualifications, Adam’s expertise helps maintain quality and safety in Shawton’s welding operations across various projects.

Emma has been an integral part of Shawton’s operations for 18 years as Purchasing Manager. Her experience in procurement and sourcing helps ensure the team has the right materials for every job, supporting Shawton’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Josh has been with Shawton for five years, bringing his skills as an Estimator to support project planning and budgeting. Known for his attention to detail, Josh ensures each project is well-prepared, setting the team up for success from the start.
