About Shawton

Founded in 1986, Shawton Engineering has built a strong reputation for excellence in the fabrication of structural steelwork, stadia, architectural metalwork, and canopy structures.

Founded  – 1986

In recent years, Shawton has successfully completed a wide range of projects, from refurbishing listed buildings to tackling complex schemes such as football stadiums and glazed rooflights. This extensive experience, along with a proactive approach and a focus on timely project delivery by both management and our workforce, has allowed the company to take on some of the UK’s most demanding construction challenges.

In an industry where structures must endure years of continuous service in harsh environments, designers are increasingly prioritising sustainability and efficiency to solve their specific challenges.

Once the designer’s requirements are defined, Shawton Engineering applies its specialist skills to meet those needs. The combination of our skilled, adaptable workforce and in-depth knowledge of fabrication techniques enables Shawton to deliver cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions that align with the designer’s vision.
